I am Helen Hares, my aim is to give you a truly wonderful experience that feels like heaven on earth! So many guests have said that to me or this is Paradise!
For 18 years I have lived here with my Auntie and Uncle and their little dog, Izzy. We have been running a successful business since 2007. I really love meeting guests and welcoming them from all over the world into our lovely home. We would love to welcome you too.
I don’t want to bore you with my life history, just a few pointers to show how my career has helped me to be as successful as I am.
Prior to coming to Spain to semi-retire, I had worked for a bank for 32 years. Whilst working in the bank, I had been a part-owner of two businesses.
The first business we owned was a fish and chip shop, followed by a second business, which was a convenience store. All my life has been dealing with the public and looking after them and I will certainly do the same for you.
How did I come to live here in Spain?
At the age of 24, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. I have always been much healthier in dry warmer climates and knew that one day I would live abroad. I am very much a believer in the philosophy “Life is for living if you want something, go for it!” Something I have always done is set myself some goals. So far, I have never failed in achieving them, I said by the age of 50 I would be living in Spain and I was!
Always ask your member to provide you with a rental contract and invoice. It is vital that you have a contractual document with anyone who offers rental accommodation.
