To help us verify your identity as a rental agency owner, we’ll just require the following information from you:
Personal and contact details
Copy of passport – for all company owners if joint-owned
We’ll then need to confirm that your rental agency actually exists. For this, we will need:
Certificate of incorporation
Recent utility bill for company head office
Details of bank account used for customer payments
Pay and Submit
We accept payment by credit or debit card. Once your application has been submitted, please allow up to three weeks for your I‑PRAC membership to be approved.

Anyone renting an I‑PRAC approved property has to register their booking through the I‑PRAC website. This will send a confirmation email to the rental agency and the client. If the agency doesn’t recognise the booking, we will inform the client and refund them 100% of their booking fee. For wire transfer payments, clients are also encouraged to check that the last five digits of the agency’s bank account match those listed on their I‑PRAC profile page.

Registering your rental agency with I‑PRAC couldn’t be easier. Simply submit your application, provide the relevant documents and, subject to passing our checks, you could be an I‑PRAC approved agency within three weeks.
