1) There are 3 sections in the application process. Please ensure you complete all sections and verify your details before making a payment to I-PRAC and submitting your form.
2) Some sections will require you to upload images of your passport, property/properties, company owners, along with various other documents. Please adhere to the image format we request – otherwise it may not get uploaded correctly and we will have to stall your application.
At the beginning of the application process (Stage One), you will be asked to provide an email address and a password to create an account. This will allow you to exit the application, if need be, after Stage One – and return to complete it later.

Once you’ve completed your application and provided all the necessary documentation, we’ll run a series of checks to confirm you’re a legitimate rental agency. This process shouldn’t take longer than 3 weeks.
However; please note, that any missing documents and/or incomplete sections will cause a delay in the application process, as we may need to contact you to re-submit your details.
