Agency Bio

Kay and Grant started working with properties in South Wales (Swansea and surrounding areas), back in 2015. This is when Grant moved to the area from near Gatwick. With 4 children and a dog, while both still in full time corporate jobs we embarked on a journey to build a better life for our family.

KG Inspired Property was born with a passion from Kay & Grant to provide the best possible accommodation at the best possible price. We are not trying to be the most luxurious and we are not trying to be the cheapest. On balance we want to be the absolute best value for anyone who wants a home away from home.

Our whole portfolio has a wide range of properties of all shapes and sizes. We can accommodate every type of need from individuals to big groups requiring large or even multiple properties. Every one is carefully designed to have all the things you’d expect to have in a home with a touch of style too. All you need to bring is your clothes and food. On top of that we have a customer service team who will make sure everything is just right for you. Not everything goes right all the time. We will always make it right every time.

Our properties are perfectly kitted out for if you are working in the area, visiting family and friends or as a base for exploring South Wales. Whatever your reason for visiting, we would be happy to host you!

We pride ourselves on properties that are well located and do exactly what they say on the tin. Something we have always believed in is the human touch. You will have access to our whole team to help you during your stay. However, if you want to be left alone, we can do that too!

We have been requested by many people across our industry to share how we do things. Consistently being told how focused we are on improving what we do all the time. More recently (2020) being voted best Serviced Accommodation operator in Swansea by Lux Magazine.
